Most practice and progress questions have a direct route below. If the page itself is stuck, email a screenshot and the address of the page.
A question looks wrong
Share the question ID and a screenshot in the PrepArc Discord so the exact item is easy to find.
Open DiscordProgress or answer history
Signed-in students can review missed questions, completed sessions, skill accuracy, and a full CSV export from the Progress page.
Open progressAccount or billing
Include the email address on the account and a short description of what happened. Never email a password or full card number.
Open accountPrivacy or data
The privacy page lists the data PrepArc keeps and the service providers that process it. Account deletion is available from Account settings.

Email support@preparc.app. PrepArc aims to answer within two business days. Problems that block practice receive priority.
